Overview

Janakpur (Birth place of sita) situated the 390kms east from Kathmandu. Janakpur is the great religious place. And famous as the birth place of SITA, the consort of the lord Ramchandra and the heroine of great Hindu epic, the RAMAYANA. There is an artistic marble temple of Sita (known as janaki) who is popularity known as naulakha Mandir (Means temple built at the cost of Nine Lakhas). Religious festivals pilgrimage trade fairs and others festivals are held here on Bivaha Panchami and Ram Navami. You can visit Janakpur by Surface as well as by air and by road easily. There have small lodge to deluxe accommodation available.

Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu
Meet the guide at the airport and transfer to Hotel.

Day 02: Kathmandu
Kathmandu city sightseeing place to visit - pasupatinath, bouddhanath, Budhanilkantha, Balaju water Garden, swyambu nath stupa (monkey's Temple) Kathmandu Durbar Square with Krishna Temple overnight.

Day 03: Kathmandu- Janakpur
Departure to Janakpur,(by air/bus) check in hotel, overnight

Day 04: Janakpur
Visit to janaki Temple, Jaleswor mahadev temple & many more places, evening leisure & overnight.

Day 05: Janakpur- Kathmandu
Back to Kathmandu, overnight

Day 06: Departure to onwards destination.
